Information that is not subject to the Timely Disclosure Rules but deemed desirable to be disclosed will also be widely disclosed by posting it on the company’s website.

In order to prevent leaks of financial information and ensure fairness in information disclosure, the Company will observe a quiet period from the day following the last day of each quarter and fiscal period until the announcement of financial results. During this period, we will refrain from commenting on or answering questions about financial results.

7. Development of Internal Systems
